The rooftop pool was amazing, and I loved the private movie theater, they played my favorite film. The massive gym was a game-changer for my workouts. The room was stocked with everything I needed. Absolutely loved the views from my suite!

Request a closer room to the rooftop for quieter access to the bar and scenic views without the noise of events.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the local cinemas and wrapped up our nights at a gigantic kids' club. The staff was super helpful, and amenities were on point.

One weird moment was when a guy at the rooftop restaurant wouldn’t let a couple order food, yet served others right in front of them. It was awkward and could've been handled better.

We had a wonderful stay in the One Bedroom Suite. The staff at Roses provided an exceptional dinner experience we won’t forget. Although check-in was a little rocky, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Pro tip, make dinner reservations at Roses to avoid long wait times!

Our one-night stay was delightful, with a clean, spacious suite and seamless valet service. We loved relaxing by the heated indoor pool and enjoying the spa’s body scrub. Just wish the kids could've used the games area we saw advertised. they were a bit bummed about that, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😄

However, breakfast options felt underwhelming given the hotel's price point, and finding a good dining choice nearby took some time.

Housekeeping skipped my room even after tipping in advance, which felt disappointing. The pool service was lacking. we had to trek down 15 floors for food and drinks, and despite reserving spots, there was zero organization. Additionally, while others were allowed to smoke in the pool area, drinks in plastic glasses were a no-go, which struck me as odd. Overall, not the level of service I'd expect at a high-end place.
